look how i found my toys one day on my bed! hahaha! they are so cute.. mr. softee laid on his back and pulled the blanket over himself.. gingy toppled over.. and brother bear seems as though he got stuck in the gap between the bed and the wall..

went for steamboat at claire's house yesterday!! wa!! her house is super duper nice lah, mummy! =D but it's very very far away from my school.. =( but it's nice.. landed property.. carpetted throughout the house.. got 2 living rooms.. 4 bedrooms and a study.. garden (i think) and garage.. and plus her house has all the nice nice furniture.. really very shiok. hahaha
the steamboat was really good too! =D we had tom yum base and chicken stock.. plus she put wolfberries in the chicken stock.. wa.. really very very very nice.. then after drinking alot of the soup, i was very thirsty, then i realised, jialat.. it's the msg in the soup.. no wonder so nice to drink.. hahaha
and there was alot of food too! =D we couldn't finish.. =D and i think there was cuttlefish/sotong balls!! i miss that taste lah.. hahha! mummy, remember last time i like to eat those alot? hee.. =D
and look at this cute fish cake!! hahahaha! reminds me of those bentos that the japanese mothers will make for their kids.. =D claire says this panda is crying.. hahha
and she had nice bowls! have "holes" to put the chopsticks in.. =D
and i played with a torch too! you know those kind used in cake making and stuff? i melted sugar on top of some creme brulee.. =D
oh ya, during dinner we were watching final destination 3.. yucks.. the deaths are so gruesome and sick. hahaha! the writers ah.. nothing better to do.. hahaha
then after dinner we watched pirates 2.. and we left at like 1am.. hahaha
today i made my sweet potato and ginger soup!!!! yum yum yum! =D the chinese dessert.. =D and it turned out well! =D weili told me to put in pandan leaves too! so happy to manage to find them.. =D
oh ya korkor! i went for my first spinning class today!! quite fun leh! hahahah =D i just hope i burn fat and not build muscles lor.. hahaha
oh ya, on thursday after imaging pract, my pract group went to glen to have dinner! quite nice.. first time going out with them.. =D we should do this more often! hee =D

i was waiting for the doctor in the clinic today and browsed through the readers' digest.. came across this joke.. hahahah! =D

i had time to kill today while waiting for the bus so i decided to browse some cards in the bookshop.. =D and i liked these! hahaha =D (i felt very very guilty and sneaky 'cos i used my handphone to take pictures of the cards.. hahaha)
i liked this homer one.. =D hahahah very funny =D
this one is hilariously gross lah. hahaha! =D
and then there were some others which i didn't take pictures of 'cos i really felt very very scared that people are watching me hahahaha!

another card had this evil face cartoon guy saying, "my farts hospitalize small children.".. hahahaha!!

oh ya.. and today after church we went to the new jap place.. wa!! finally i see a conveyer belt sushi place here.. hahaha! but then very funny leh.. instead of the conveyor belt, they use a train!! hahahha! so it's like a train on the tracks with the sushi plates on the "carriages".. hahaha!
anyway, the food was not bad!! maybe i'll go back there to eat again.. =D
i had the unagi sushi on the right.. and the beef teriyaki ramen.. but then the ramen wasn't authentic ramen leh.. but then it was still tasty lah.. =D
oh ya! and i cooked ma puo tou fu yesterday! but i used the sauce lah.. hee =D it was alright alright.. =D put in mushrooms, minced chicken and tou fu.. =D

HAHAHAHAHA!!! serene!! look at my noodles!! hahahahaha! i think they look so unsightly as compared to yours.. hahahaha!!!
the cheese got crack somemore.. hahahaha! oh i didn't put the whole slice in 'cos i "tore" them up to sample with one small piece first.. hahaha!
but eh.. not bad leh.. the cheese idea.. hahahaha! then i put in some more mushrooms too.. =D but i think cannot put too much cheese.. if not too cheesy.. hahaha!

we decided to go try the new cafe in school! actually i think it isn't new.. just that i haven't been there before.. and it's like far away from our faculty.. but it's quite nice! =D food's expensive though.. i tried the chicken and mushroom risotto.. quite interesting taste.. sour-ish.. =D
and keer recommended the white mocha.. my first time trying mocha.. 'cos i don't drink coffee.. and i just found out that mocha is a combination of chocolate and coffee. hahaha! i didn't know.. yay! so now i can drink mocha too.. hahaha =D this white mocha was yummy =D

saturday was cooking day for me! hee =D woke up, bathed, and went to the bus stop to wait for the bus that goes to clayton town.. but as i was walking out of my residence.. i saw the bus go by.. so.. i decided to walk there!! it was a really nice weather.. SPRING IS COMING!! woohoo! hee =D it's like warm and yet cooling with wind too.. =D =D took me around 35minutes to get there.. =D then i bought my groceries.. oh ya! i printed out 2 recipes from recipezaar.com! one is Bourbon Chicken.. and the other is Apple Crumble!! =D
the bourbon chicken turned out really well!! =D =D got some 'interesting' ingredients in there.. apple cider vinegar and apple juice!! hahaha! but i was missing ginger and red pepper flakes! couldn't find the flakes anywhere! my housemate says that maybe it's just red chili flakes.. hmm.. i think so too.. and i thought we still had ginger at home but turns out that we didn't.. that's the chicken with rice.. doesn't look too good here 'cos it's really messy.. but it sure tastes good! =D =D
then.. apple crumble!! =D =D it was yummy! i bought custard powder to make custard too! nice nice.. but waaaa.. the apple crumble was very sweet! hahahaha! i put in 3/4 cup of brown sugar leh!! hahahaha! too sweet for me.. maybe i'll reduce the sugar amount next time.. =D

the final product.. doesn't look too good again.. hahaha! and i dumped too much custard on top so cannot really see the apple crumble.. i shall take nicer pictures next time.. hahaha!

hooray to the chocolate makers at nestle!!! hee hee.. hahaha! i tried this milky bar smarties today.. and it was DELICIOUS. hahahaha! nice smooth milk chocolate with crunchy smarties.. yum yum to the max!! =D do they have this in singapore?? =D
and today during analysis class angel was bored so she made origami!! the shoe is so cute! a boot.. hahaha! i want to learn how to make a dinosaur!! =D

tonight some of the singaporeans went to this singaporean restaurant in pinewood to eat.. around 20 of us i think.. =D then the boss very nice.. gave us free durian icecream and cake! hahahah!

i finally got some more ski photos from chai's camera! so here goes..
here's me.. just arrived outside the ski lodge.. hahaha! i look gong gong and sleepy.. after the bus ride where i couldn't get any sleep at all.. hahaha!

so there's this cafe place in the campus centre that's kind of in the corner.. and everytime we walk past it.. it always seems as though there's hardly anyone inside.. 'cos it seems like a very high class place..
so today mandy and i decided to go check it out.. we wanted to sip our nice hot chocolate, (and her ice mocha), and just chill and chat..
so we went there today.. and it was PACKED!! hahaha! didn't know so many people actually goes to that place! and there were so short of waiters lah! hahaha! i've never seen waiters move so fast and walk so fast in my life before.. really twinkle toes leh.. hahahah!
both of us shared the satay chicken skewers on jasmine rice..
and mandy had her yummy ice mocha.. (they put icecream inside leh!! mandy told me that for cafes they just put crashed ice.. but for restaurants they put icecream!)
and i had my hot chocolate.. i wanted to try the hot white chocolate.. but the waiter was in such a rush i didn't dare to add in "white" in my order.. hahaha! but the hot chocolate was yum too! =D
